Dialogue With Shareholders and Investors
Basic IR policy and information disclosure
Yasuda Logistics has appointed an officer in charge of IR, and the Corporate Planning Group in the Business Department serves as the department in charge of IR. Individual interviews are held as appropriate with shareholders and investors upon request. Financial results briefings are held twice a year (after the disclosure of interim and year-end financial results), and briefing materials are published on the Company’s website. Useful information collected through various activities is reported to the Board of Directors as necessary.

(1) Lawful provision of statutory documents (business reports and financial statements) relating to the general meeting of shareholders
Business reports and financial statements are included in the Notice of Convocation of the General Meeting of Shareholders, and statutory documents are provided in accordance with the law.

We consider information disclosure to be one of our important management responsibilities. Therefore, in order to convey accurate information to shareholders and other stakeholders, we strive to disclose clear and specific information (including disclosure based on legal requirements).
Management and financial information is disclosed in a timely and appropriate manner in summaries of financial statements, financial results briefing materials, annual securities reports, convocation notices for general meetings of shareholders, and business reports.
