Overview of Initiatives
(1) Local volunteer cleanup activities
To contribute to community activities based on the theme of commit volunteer action, especially in places related to water, Yasuda Logistics regularly takes part in local cleanup and weeding drives at canals, beaches, and coastal areas near worksites. In Tokyo, employees volunteer to clean the canal sidewalks near the Company’s headquarters, as well as at Odaiba Marine and Kasai Rinkai Parks.

(2) Workplaces designated as emergency relief supplies logistics base by the government
Eleven of the Company’s worksites have been designated as emergency relief supplies logistics base by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. We are storing emergency relief supplies there, and these centers serve as a logistics base in the event of a major earthquake or other large-scale disaster.
(3) Offering tours by industry associations of logistics facilities
The Company makes logistics facilities available for tours organized by industry associations to contribute to the sound growth of the logistics industry.
(4) Assigning personnel to give lectures at universities and other educational institutions
To help groom the next generation of leaders in the logistics industry, the Company assigns expert personnel to give lectures and presentations in training programs organized by various associations and educational institutions.
