Overview of Initiatives

(1) Local volunteer cleanup activities

The Yasuda Logistics Group engages in regular cleaning activities at each of our locations. Specifically, we conduct cleanup efforts along the canal-side walkways near our former headquarters, and other worksites. We will continue to value our connections with the local community and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.

(2) Workplaces designated as emergency relief supplies logistics base by the government

Eleven of the Company’s worksites have been designated as emergency relief supplies logistics base by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. We are storing emergency relief supplies there, and these centers serve as a logistics base in the event of a major earthquake or other large-scale disaster.

(3) Offering tours by industry associations of logistics facilities

The Company makes logistics facilities available for tours organized by industry associations to contribute to the sound growth of the logistics industry.

(4) Assigning personnel to give lectures at universities and other educational institutions

To help groom the next generation of leaders in the logistics industry, the Company assigns expert personnel to give lectures and presentations in training programs organized by various associations and educational institutions.
