Material Issues for the Yasuda Logistics Group
The Yasuda Logistics Group works hard to maintain continual growth while helping make society more sustainable based on the management philosophy, realize prosperity and its aspirations through sound corporate activities in response to the expectations of customers, shareholders, employees, and their communities. Among our initiatives, and to improve corporate value, the Group has determined high priority issues for management and stakeholders as material issues.
By focusing on these material issues, the Group aims to increase the effectiveness of helping to resolve critical social issues, particularly global environmental problems, while also sustainably growing our businesses.
Non-financial goals for the Yasuda Logistics Group

- (*1) Percentage obtained by counting employees who use generative AI once or more per business day as “one person-days” and dividing the total number of AI users during one year (person-days) by the total number of employees during the year (person-days).

Identify Issues to Consider
Candidates for material issues were identified based on sustainability reporting guidelines and ESG assessments, including those provided by FTSE Russel, MSCI Inc., and Sustainalytics.
Step2
Prioritize Issues
From the candidate issues chosen during the first stage, the highest priority issues were specified, from the standpoints of management and stakeholders.
Step3
Verify and Finalize Material Issues
The issues are then evaluated and verified by management, approved by the Board of Directors, and finalized as the key material issues for the Group.
