Main building relocation and move-in management center operations
In addition to the relocation work, we proposed our move-in management center operations as a solution service for this project. Typically, a designated management company handles reception for various delivery companies, vehicle guidance, and coordination of move-in elevators when moving items into an office building. However, in this case, move-in management tasks for the client's new head office were divided between security, cleaning, and facilities companies. Therefore, in addition to overseeing the relocation, we established and staffed a Yasuda Logistics Move-in Management Center to manage move-in operations, ensuring the relocation was completed without a hitch.
